This release is compatible with grid servers running NCrunch v4.12.

Fixed a VS integration issue that could cause NCrunch to hold up a large number of thread pool threads, impacting the responsiveness of the IDE. This would be more likely to happen when opening large solutions.
Improved the error handling inside NCrunch's instrumentation so that these errors will now be correctly reported in the Tests Window, instead of leaving build tasks visibly hanging.
