Fixed a v3.19 regression issue in which NCrunch's CodeAnalysis, CodeContracts and ASP.NET MVC
integration was almost totally non-functional. This issue had the capability to introduce
serious build time performance issues due to extra build steps being run unnecessarily, because
NCrunch's special handling wasn't suppressing them.
Although v3.20 has introduced no changes to the grid protocol, upgrading grid nodes is highly recommended
to avoid the above performance issue when building on them.
